Our colleagues from Consulting for Retail, an Atriny Group company, led a comprehensive automation of retail operations, supply chain, and category management at the leading Moldovan retailer «Linella» and significantly supported its path to digital transformation.
Linella is the one of top grocery retailers in Moldova, operating 180 stores across country. Linella has earned the trust of millions of customers and holds a third of the retail market in Moldova.
First stage of digital transformation program involved launch of cutting-edge business applications by SymphonyAI and Num8erz international software vendors:

- Demand Forecasting & Replenishment (SymphonyAI Retail Forecast & Replenishment).
- Assortment Management (Num8erz.Range).
Shortly after go live, Linella achieved exemplary and indicative results.:
– Enhancement of overall demand forecasting accuracy up to a level of 95%;
– Increase in average stock availability across the network up to 80%
– 70% reduction of manual operations within orders planning & assortment management;
Next steps of the transformation program will include the transition to a new core ERP, including retail data orchestration suite, merchandize management and store operations.
