Consulting for Retail and Anvar start cooperation in the field of retail space and assortment management
Consulting for Retail, a part of Atriny Group, has announced the commencement of work on automating the business processes in Anvar, the largest wholesale and retail chain in Western Kazakhstan.
The cooperation will take place in two directions:
- Space management included planograms creation, delivery, and compliance.
- Category and assortment management.
Within the framework of the Space management project, the following solutions will be implemented:
- SAI Space Planning;
- SAI Category Database;
- C4R C-Publisher;
- C4R C-Publisher Audit.
Application of these solutions allows optimizing shelf placement, increasing the efficiency of retail space utilization and improving customer experience.
The Assortment management project includes the implementation of the following software:
- Num8erz Category Optimizer;
- Num8erz Assortment Management;
- C4R Layout Management Studio (LMS).
The application of these solutions will allow the retailer to balance the assortment, thereby increasing turnover and margin.
The partners have formed teams to implement the project and are actively working on the development of project documentation.
